As the school year wraps up for university students, many of you will get hit up for summer jobs, internships, etc. As I've mentioned a number of times, interns are an excellent source of labor, new ideas, and energy for your company.

If you are thinking about hiring some young talent, take a look at the no no list Joe put together for interns. While I personally like 3D resumes delivered by a group of singers in chicken suits, it's not for everybody.
