Rick, I don't know whether you got our note or not. Phpmail.com is up on the auction block to fund our R&D. It has sales and a good paying customer base.
It would be a great kickstart to any existing startup, with an active base of customers paying $100+ for products already in place. Web 2.0's have freeloaders and leechers where as software customers have paying headcount.
