I'm standing here in The COOP which is the bookstore (I think) jointly representing Harvard and MIT.
I'm in the U.S. Travel section. It has a great selection, in the U.S. Section, of Canadian travel books.
In the U.S. Travel section.
Harvard....
There is a sliver of hope. As I type this two others just walked up and started to rant at an employee on this very point.

They probably don't have a Canadian travel section. And as far back as I can remember, US-Canada travel is not international, but domestic. When I was kid in Niagara Falls we used to walk over the bridge to New York state.
I think the point here is that for US citizens, travel to Canada is just like travel anywhere else in the US.
But I grew up watching Buffalo TV, so what do I know. :)

We need a passport to get back in now, at least for some forms of travel.
I believe MIT has its own bookstore or it did when I last visited.
Simplest solution is to rename the section "North American Travel" and move Mexico travel books there too.

Hey, we're no better here in Canada. Go in to any video store and look for a Canadian movie. Chances are that you'll find it in the foreign film section.

"I grew up watching Buffalo TV, so what do I know."
It's 11 o'clock - do you know where your children are? (followed by the theme for channel 7 news)...

Yeah, I do know where the kids are. They are in Canada at the Casino because the drinking age is lower.

@blooflame: The Coop actually has 2 stores, one in Harvard Square (serving Harvard), and one in Kendall Square (serving MIT). Never went into their travel section, but the business section is great.

Maybe you can get someone to create a Mac version for CardScan while you're at it.
